5" Swimbaits

I’ve been using the 5” sexy shad for over 5 years I was looking for an alternative to the more expensive gambler rubber swim baits I tried the killer jigs company while I was on eBay and my goodness it is the best choice I’ve made . I have caught bass up to 7 pounds so far what I do is I use a 6/0 hook straight shank rigged Texas style but pinch the barb back into the swim bait thru the top unless I’m fishing open water than I leave the hook exposed. The area I live in has brackish water so my 2 favorite colors are what I’m reviewing. If you love bass fishing as much as I do you would buy the sexy shad and increase your catch rate significantly. Bass love the action & color of this swim bait.

We used the swim bait for catching large bass. We caught a number of three and four oiund bass, using several methods. We cast to the lily pads and slowly retrieve the weed line. We casted into the pads and walked across the tops of the pads with the swim vait, which was rigged weekend. We let the swim bait sink and bounced it off the bottom in deeper water. All methods produced great bites.

Da bomb - they work great, and the price is right. Two (rockfish-rashed) thumbs up.

Rockfish (striped bass) literally crush these things when peanut bunker are on the menu.

Great action, northerns tear tail easily. My go to swimbait, wish u had a 3" swimbait
